Ordering Options

Once your order has been placed and your credit card has been processed, you will receive an email from Block the Puck to confirm your order.

Domestic Orders

Most domestic orders (US) will be shipped within 1 to 2 business days of order confirmation. The default shipping method for all domestic orders is US PS. Other shipping methods may be available at the time of checkout. Actual delivery times are dependent on the chosen method of shipment and your geographic location.

 
International Orders

International orders will be shipped within 2 to 4 business weeks of order confirmation.

 
Custom Orders

BlockThePuck.com welcomes special orders, including customized Hockey Goalie equipment and specialty product orders. Due to the nature of special orders they are not covered by the Shipping policy (above). All special orders will receive an email containing the expected ship date.

 
Merchandise Availability

In the unlikely event that an item you ordered is not immediately available for shipment, you will be notified via email within 1 business day. When applicable, your partial order will be shipped within 1-2 business days. All orders are subject to acceptance by BlockThePuck.com.

We reserve the right to refuse delivery or to limit quantities of any product ordered. Please note that we cannot guarantee the availability of any item until after your order has been received by BlockThePuck.com and stock has been verified.

 
Items Damaged During Shipment

Please inspect all shipments for damage prior to accepting delivery . If any item(s) appear to have been damaged during shipment, notify the delivery driver immediately. If the shipment has already been accepted or left without a signature, keep the original shipping carton and immediately call BlockThePuck.com at 1-908-988-4800 to speak with one of our Customer Service Representatives. You will be asked to return the damaged items to BlockThePuck.com. We will make every effort possible to replace the damaged item(s) in a timely fashion. Shipping and handling costs will be refunded upon our receipt of any item which is defective or shipped as a result of our error.

Money Back Guarantee

BlockThePuck.com offers a money back guarantee if items are returned in their original packaging, unused and unsoiled within 14 days following delivery. All items must be accompanied by the original purchase receipt. Shipping cost is not refundable.

 
Warranty

All items sold on BlockThePuck.com are warranted/guaranteed by the applicable manufacturer's limited warranty . BlockThePuck.com is not liable for any manufacturer defects. If you have received a defective item, please call BlockThePuck at 1-908-988-4800 to speak with one of our Customer Service Representatives and receive a return authorization number. Items returned to BlockThePuck.com for repair or evaluation will be sent to the manufacturer before any credit decision is made. The manufacturer has the sole discretion to decide whether:

1. A credit will be issued.

2. The item will be repaired (free or at low cost).

3. The item will be replaced.

Items sent for manufacturer evaluation may take up to 4-6 weeks. Shipping and handling costs will be refunded upon our receipt of any item which is deemed defective.
